We provide accurate descriptions of all our items, including any flaws or defects. Most of our items are pre-owned and may exhibit indications of their previous use. We make every effort to ensure our stock is sold in sound, safe and usable condition, all items are ‘sold as seen’. As we are not the manufacturers, we cannot give any performance or safety guarantees. We advise you conduct your own safety assessment, in particular for items that are to be used in a commercial situation. Excellent – Items in excellent condition are like new and have very little to no signs of wear and tear. It may have been rarely used or carefully maintained, with all parts and components functioning perfectly.
Good – Items in good condition have been used but are still in decent shape. It may have some minor signs of wear and tear, such as scratches or small stains, but is still functional and structurally sound.
Fair – Items in fair condition have seen significant use and may exhibit noticeable wear and tear or damage. It may have visible stains, scratches, or dents that could affect its appearance or functionality.
Pricing
All our listings are priced in GBP pounds sterling. Price of each item will be clearly displayed, and this price will be non-negotiable. Prices for furniture items do not include delivery. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify price without notice and shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change. Discounts available for designers.
Payment
Payment is to be made in full before releasing any items, we accept cash, all major credits, debit cards, or bank transfers. Please note that overseas customers may incur import duties and taxes, which will be paid by the purchaser.
Returns
All sales are final, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order contact us and we’ll work diligently to find a solution that meets your needs. If the item arrives damaged then it must be photographed on delivery and emailed to us within 48 hours.
Delivery
Shipping is available for an additional fee, and we take reasonable measures to ensure the safe packaging and shipment of items. Please note that overseas customers may incur import duties and taxes, which will be paid by the purchaser. Pick up option available at checkout. We are not liabale for any accident or personal injury durring the transportation and delivery of goods.
Wholesale
Interior Hype is always looking for new pieces of mid-century and unique modern furniture. It typically takes 24-48 hours for us to turnaround a buying quote. If you are an antique dealer who wants to sell some pieces of furniture just send us some pictures via email to info@interiorhype.co.uk. Based on the period, condition and location we will make you an offer.
